Do I need prior martial arts experience?
No! Our MMA program welcomes complete beginners. We have dedicated fundamentals classes and our coaches will work with you at your own pace.
Will I get hurt?
Safety is our top priority. Beginners focus on technique without sparring. When you're ready for live training, we use proper protective equipment and controlled environments.
What should I bring to class?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing (rash guard and shorts are ideal). We have loaner gloves for beginners. Bring water and a towel.
How often should I train?
We recommend 2-3 classes per week to start. As you progress, you can increase frequency based on your goals.
